Why is SLEEP important for your HEALTH!

How many hours of sleep do you shoot for every night? :-)

People who sleep fewer than seven hours a night are likely to gain more weight than those who get 7+ hours of sleep? If that's not enough reason to hit the hay, sleep deprivation also causes extreme stress on your body. Not only will it make you moody… It will also affect your concentration, memory and reaction, depletes your body of nutrients such as think, and pretty much sucks all the vitamin C out of you!!!! it can also elevate blood pressure and increase the risk of diabetes and cancer..... not to mention… When I don't get enough sleep... I crave sugary carbs the next day!!!
